Scope and application
Do not open the cover with electricity.

JHH series junction box for local safety circuit (hereinafter referred to as junction box) is suitable for underground coal mine with explosive gas (methane) environment, it is used for lighting, signal and power cable connection branch in power supply network of 50Hz and 60V.

The junction box is designed and manufactured in accordance with gb3836.1-2010 electrical equipment for explosive gas environment part 1: general requirements, gb3836.2-2010 electrical equipment for explosive gas environment part 3: flameproof type "e", mt166-1987 general technical requirements for mine essential safety type connection cable junction box and other relevant standards.

The junction box can be normally used under the following conditions:

A. Ambient pressure: 86 kPa ~ 110 kPa;

B. Ambient temperature: -20℃ ~ +40℃;

C. The relative humidity of surrounding air is no more than 95%(25℃);

D. In the environment without significant shaking or shock vibration;

E. underground coal mines containing explosive gases;

F. Pollution level: level 3;

G. installation category: Ⅲ class.
