DLK1 dry multi plate electromagnetic clutch

1、 Main purpose

DLK1 series fast electromagnetic clutch is a kind of magnetic flux plate, with sensitive and reliable action. It is easy to adjust after the friction plate is worn, and the no-load torque is small. It is mainly used in mechanical transmission systems such as handling, steel rolling, semi-automatic lathe, CNC lathe and textile to realize functions such as clutch, reversing, speed change, braking and positioning.

3、 Working conditions

1. The altitude shall not exceed 2000m;

2. Ambient air temperature is - 5 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃;

3. The surrounding medium has no explosion hazard and no conductive dust of gas sufficient to corrode metal and damage insulation;

4. The power supply voltage fluctuation of clutch and brake coil shall not exceed + 5% and - 15% of the rated voltage;

5. The friction plate shall be clean and free of oil stain.

4、 Installation

1. Check that the friction plate is free of oil and sundries before installation;

2. It shall be fixed axially during installation. If the split shaft is installed, the coaxiality shall be maintained at level 9;

3. After the friction plate is worn, adjust the air gap δ。

The method is: loosen the screw on the adjusting nut, turn the adjusting nut, and make the δ Reach the values specified in the table before tightening the screws.
