Product overview

This machine is used for belt conveyor running in the belt and drive drum slip (stall) failure. It can prevent serious accidents caused by slipping. It can also be used for interlock start and stop of multiple belt conveyors, low speed holding brake or overspeed protection. The field operation is simplified and the safety is improved. It is widely used in steel, electric power, coal mine, port and other industries with belt conveyor.

working principle

Dh-iii speed switch is used to detect the slip between the belt conveyor and the driving roller in operation, so as to prevent the malignant accident caused by slip. The detector can also be used for interlocking start and stop of multiple belt conveyors, and low-speed brake protection. When the speed detector works, the contact wheel is driven by the belt to reflect the actual belt speed of the belt. The contact wheel drives the detection inner drive shaft to make the relay work inside the product. The relay work is mainly to cut the photoelectric signal by the wheel piece, and generate the on-off signal by the comparison value between the internal fixed value and the actual value to complete the detection of belt speed, If the belt speed is not synchronized with the main drum speed and drops to 20-30% of the normal belt speed, the contact on-off signal changes, and a group of signals are re output to the control room to warn the staff that the belt has been in a serious slip state.
