The anti outburst reverse air door shall be constructed for the cross scraper conveyor. The passage through the scraper conveyor must be set at the lower part of the air door wall. The upper plane of the scraper conveyor slot shall not be higher than the roadway floor, the distance from the upper plane of the scraper conveyor passage shall not be higher than 0.2m, and the gap between the two sides of the scraper conveyor shall not be greater than 50mm. The passage of the scraper conveyor on the air door wall must be equipped with a device to prevent the reverse wind, and the reverse flow wood baffle or rubber belt can be used. The baffle is used for partition, and the installation method is downward inclined and even force hanging (in case of outburst, the gas impact can be automatically closed). When blasting, the baffle is manually put down, and the virtual coal is used for sealing tightly to prevent air leakage. When rubber belt is used, the thickness shall not be less than 6mm, and the surrounding area shall be more than 100mm from the channel, and both sides of the channel shall be installed.
