Dxk-4a, dxk-4b and dxk-4c / 4D controllers are the control devices of electromagnetic slip speed regulating motor. It can carry out wide range stepless speed regulation on the speed regulating motor through its own master potentiometer or receiving external standard electrical signals. Dxk-4a, dxk-4b, dxk-4c / 4D controllers are mainly characterized by good speed regulation performance, can accept a variety of automatic signal inputs (0 ~ 10mA, 0 ~ 10V, 4 ~ 20mA, 1 ~ 5V), and have 4 ~ 20mA (also set to 0 ~ 10mA according to user requirements) speed signal output. This series of controllers can be used for manual single control or combined with other control devices to meet the speed regulation requirements of various systems.
The motor speed, manual and automatic setting of dxk-4a controller are displayed by pointer.
The motor speed of dxk-4b controller adopts digital display, and the manual and automatic setting values adopt pointer display.

The 4 ~ 20mA speed signal output of the controller is powered by independent power supply, which is conducive to matching with the interface of external equipment such as computer.
This series of speed regulating motor controllers can be equipped with ht-4a buffer regulator or lt-4a torque regulator produced by our company to adapt to occasions with buffer starting requirements or soft mechanical characteristics. Combined with TC type CO operator and ZC type operator of the company, it can realize the same speed or proportional operation of multiple speed regulating motors.

3. Service conditions of speed regulating motor controller
3.1 the altitude shall not exceed 1000m
3.2 ambient temperature: - 10 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃;
3.3 relative humidity: not more than 50% at 40 ℃ and not more than 90% below 20 ℃;

5. Basic principle of variable speed motor controller
The speed regulating motor controller is composed of single-phase half wave controllable rectifier circuit, integrated pulse trigger, speed regulator with PID characteristics, speed measurement negative feedback circuit, ± 15V regulated power supply, input signal conversion circuit and speed signal conversion circuit (converting 0 to speed into DC4 ~ 20mA), etc.
The given signal of the controller can be input manually (adjust the master potentiometer); Automatic signal input can also be accepted and selected by manual / automatic switch. In the automatic state, the speed limit can be adjusted (i.e. there is still a certain speed output when the given value is zero). The size of the given signal is displayed by the double needle meter or nixie tube on the surface pole. The function of automatic signal conversion circuit is to convert external signals such as 0 ~ 10mA, 4 ~ 20mA and 1 ~ 5V into internal control signals of 0 ~ 10V. After the signal is compared with the speed negative feedback signal, the difference is sent to the PD regulator. The output of the regulator changes the conduction angle of the thyristor through the phase-shifting trigger, so as to control the excitation current of the electromagnetic speed regulating motor and realize the speed control of the electromagnetic speed regulating motor. The speed signal of electromagnetic speed regulating motor is isolated and transformed into 4 ~ 20mA DC signal output.
