The anti rotation material level detector uses the transmission shaft to connect with the clutch, and the motor drives the blade to rotate. When the measured medium rises to the blade position, the blade stops rotating by the medium shade, so as to output the on (on) or off (off) electric shock signal through the relevant control mechanism to reflect the height of the measured medium position, and cut off the motor power to stop the motor rotation; When the medium drops away from the blade, under the action of the spring, the blade returns to its original position and continues to rotate to detect the position change of the medium. It is a kind of level controller for solid materials (including powder, granular, block, colloidal, etc.), which has the characteristics of good sealing, strong overload capacity (with overload protection), light and easy to install, large output electric shock capacity, etc. For materials with different specific gravity, it can be realized by adjusting the tension of the spring, and the part contacting the material is stainless steel. Suitable for chemical plastics, pharmaceutical, feed, cement, grain, flour, electric power, chemical powder and other industrial and mining industries, has been widely used.

Installation requirements

1. The blade should be located in the lower part of the feed port and the dead area of the silo;

2. In order to prevent the materials from hitting the shaft in use, the protective plate should be installed above the blade and shaft;

3. If the extended shaft is installed vertically, the protective sleeve should be installed so that the blade and flexible shaft of the material level controller are not easy to be directly impacted by the material.

4. In order to avoid the infiltration of rainwater in the outdoor environment, the outlet should be installed vertically downward and the upper cover should be tightened. In vertical installation, if possible, rain cover can be added.

5. Before opening the upper cover of the level controller, be sure to cut off the power supply of the level controller.
