Iv. Method of use
Firstly, the installation position and mode of the lamp should be determined according to the actual needs of the work site. Then, according to the distance from the lamp to the power contact point, the corresponding length of 8-14 mm three-core cable should be prepared.
Unscrew the screw on the top cover of the wiring port with the hexagon wrench, loosen the pressing nut on the leading port of the lamp cable, and introduce the power cable through the pressing nut, washer and packing to the internal wiring terminal, connect the three-core cable to the wiring terminal and fix it, then tighten the pressing nut of the cable and install the top cover back to the original position.
Replace the bulb with hexagon wrench to open the screw fixing the lower shell, you can separate the upper shell and the lower shell, the bad bulb removed, replaced with a new bulb, the lower shell can be installed back.
Warning: 1. The power must be cut off before replacing the bulb and removing the lamp.
2. Do not open with electricity.
V. matters needing attention
The lamp is suddenly extinguished in the process of work, and cannot give out light immediately when it is opened again, which is a normal phenomenon. After cooling for 10~15 minutes, it can be started again and then the lighting will be normal. Try to avoid hot start so as not to damage or burn out the bulb.
When using, the lamp surface has certain temperature rise, is a normal phenomenon; The temperature at the center of the transparent part is too high to touch.
When installing lamps and lanterns, should be the nearest safety grounding lamps and lanterns.
Replace the bulb, wipe the glass, must turn off the power switch for more than 20 minutes, and wait for the lamps and lanterns after cooling.
