Dly5 series positioning jaw electromagnetic clutch

1、 Main purpose

Dly5 series electromagnetic clutch is a jaw type electromagnetic clutch with slip ring positioning. It is mainly used in the mechanical transmission system. When the relative speed of the driving and driven parts is low or zero, it can realize the combination of the driven part and the driving part, so as to start, stop, reverse, positioning and so on. Widely used in metal processing machinery, metallurgical steel rolling machinery, packaging machinery, medical machinery, food processing machinery, textile printing and dyeing machinery, paper machinery, precision machine tools and other industries.

3、 Working conditions

1. The altitude of the clutch installation site shall not exceed 2000m;

2. Ambient temperature: - 5 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃;

3. There is no explosion hazard in the surrounding medium, and there is no gas and conductive dust sufficient to corrode metal and damage insulation;

4. The voltage fluctuation of clutch coil shall not exceed + 5% and - 15% of rated voltage;

5. The clutch can work with and without lubrication.

4、 Installation

1. The clutch can be installed horizontally or vertically. The clutch installed on the shaft shall keep the coaxiality between the driving shaft and the driven shaft no more than 0.05mm and ensure the working clearance δ Value;

2. The teeth on both ends of the clutch shall be cleaned before installation;

3. The driving and driven parts of the clutch shall be fixed axially without axial movement.
