1, Overview:
The wet vibrating wire dedusting fan for coal mine (hereinafter referred to as the dedusting fan) is composed of the explosion-proof extraction local fan for coal mine (hereinafter referred to as the fan) and the wet vibrating wire dust catcher (also known as the wet fiber grid dust catcher) (hereinafter referred to as the dust catcher). Axial flow, centrifugal and mixed flow series explosion-proof withdrawable local fans can be selected as matched fans. The dedusting fan can be used for ventilation and dedusting in underground (upper), metal and non-metal mines, tunnels, factory buildings, etc. The products have obtained safety signs for mining products and production licenses for national industrial products. The dedusting fan adopts the unique principle of "wet vibrating string" dedusting technology. The dedusting fan adopting this technology has the advantages of high dedusting efficiency, small resistance, low energy consumption, small volume, light weight, less water consumption, simple maintenance, no blockage, continuous emission and so on. The products are at the leading level at home and abroad.
2, How it works
The dust laden air is sucked (pressed) into the dust collector through the wind power, and the water sprayer is arranged on the vibrating string filter board through the vibrating string filter board arranged inside. The fiber attached to the water curtain can make the dust wet and gain weight, coagulate or stay, and at the same time, the dust can vibrate through the dust laden gas, thus strengthening the powder of water mist and dust gas. The conflict of dust improves the capture rate of fine dust, and the vibration also improves the self-cleaning ability of the vibrating string filter board. Because the water sprayer keeps spraying to the vibrating string filter board, the dusty gas passing through the vibrating string filter board becomes a mixture containing water mist and wetting dust particles and dust clusters, and some dust particles or dust clusters are captured, and the dust falls along with the water flow due to the thickening of the water curtain or its self weight, while the dust accumulated on the vibrating string filter plate is cleaned on its own, and the remaining dust and particles collide with the water curtain to become moist dust and dust. The unit enters the dehydrating device and separations. The effluent is discharged from the sewage outlet or enters the circulating filter tank and is reused by the spray pump station. The purified air is discharged from the exhaust port.
