Instrument insulation box (electric heating instrument insulation box, steam heating instrument insulation box) is a complete set of instrument field device with transmitter, instrument valve and pipeline, electrical fittings and integration. It is an important protection, heat preservation, dust-proof and waterproof equipment for instrument field installation. Instrument insulation box is composed of box body, instrument mounting bracket and other components. The structure of instrument incubator and instrument protection box is basically the same. The difference is that the instrument incubator is equipped with electric heater, electric heating belt or steam heating device. The shell is lined with foam insulation layer, heat-resistant sponge insulation layer or high temperature asbestos insulation layer.
