4、 Precautions for mining projection lamp

1. When installing and maintaining lamps, the power supply must be disconnected first.

2. When in use, there is a certain temperature rise on the surface of the lamp, which is a normal phenomenon; the central temperature of the transparent part is high, and it is not allowed to touch it directly by hand.

5、 Application method of mine projection lamp

1. Determine the installation position and mode of lamps and ballast box according to the actual needs of the work site, and then prepare 8 ~ 14mm three core cable of corresponding length according to the distance from ballast box to 127V power supply contact.

2. Open the end cover of the ballast box, loosen the compression nut at the cable inlet of the ballast box, lead the lamp cable and power cable respectively through the compression nut to the internal wiring terminal of the ballast box, connect the cable according to the box identification, then tighten the cable compression nut and cover the ballast box cover.

3. Connect the other end of the input cable of the ballast box to the 127V power supply according to the explosion-proof requirements.

4. Loosen the screw at the bottom of the lamp cap support to rotate the lamp cap support left and right 360 to adjust the lighting orientation; loosen the screw on the side of the lamp cap support to adjust the lamp cap up and down to select the lighting angle, and then tighten and fix the screw.

5. When replacing the bulb, insert a suitable screwdriver or other tools into the holes at the two convex parts on the side of the front cover, unscrew the front cover, unscrew the broken bulb, screw the new bulb on the lamp holder, and then tighten the front cover in the above way
