I. usage
The electric heating stirring barrel has the advantages of energy saving, noise elimination, corrosion resistance, strong production capacity and convenient cleaning. Widely used in food, dairy, pharmaceutical, beverage, chemical and other industries, so that materials heating, heat preservation, sterilization, stirring treatment or storage of slurry necessary equipment. The products are single-layer mixing barrel, jacket electric heating mixing barrel and jacket electric heating belt thermal insulation mixing barrel.
Two, structure
1. This product is not a pressure vessel. The power supply of the equipment is 380V, and the top stirring motor is vertical, which is composed of stirring paddle and electric heating rod.
2. The inner liner is polished with 304 stainless steel and meets the GMP standard.
3. The outer gallbladder is polished with stainless steel and meets the GMP standard.
4. Reducer: Cycloidal pinwheel star reducer, speed ratio 43-1, fixed on the bracket in the cross beam, the output shaft of the reducer is connected with the agitator propeller by coupling.
Four, installation
In order to ensure smooth and unimpeded outlet valve of mixing drum, do not close or plug the outlet valve (outlet). The electric heating part should first add water or heat conducting oil, and then turn on the power supply. In order to ensure safety, ground wire and leakage protection switch should be installed to ensure safety, and materials should be placed next step.
5. Use and Maintenance:
1. Before use, clean the cylinder with light hot water. Material should not be too full, so as to avoid material splashing when stirred by mixer, resulting in unsanitary environment or loss.
2. Adjust the equipment to the horizontal line to install the import and export pipe. When working, it should be noted that the impeller should rotate clockwise and not be reversed.
3. Discharge all materials after processing, rinse them with warm water and keep them clean. Cut off the power supply and add cooling water to protect the electric heating rod and prolong its service life.
4. Attention should be paid to the working condition of the whole equipment and the reducer. When the lubricant of the reducer is insufficient, it should be replenished immediately. The oil should be changed once in about half a year (40 # oil). Attention should be paid to filling immediately when the heat conducting oil is insufficient, otherwise the electric heating rod will be burnt out.
