The water supply system consists of motor, water pump, regulating valve and pipeline. After the motor is powered on, the water pump can directly inject the water into the mixing drum, and adjust the water flow through the regulating valve (the flow has been adjusted properly when leaving the factory). The amount of water needed for mixing is realized by directly controlling the running time of the water pump motor through the time breaker in the electrical box. Users can select the time required for water supply according to the given time flow relationship, and can check or adjust it regularly. There are two start buttons at the water supply place. When supplying water, press one button on the left to start the water pump. When it reaches the specified time, the water supply circuit will be cut off automatically. After the rotary button on the right is rotated, press the button on the left to continuously supply water, tighten the nut of the diverter device, connect the water pipe, wash the surface of the mixer, disassemble the nut, and then the normal water supply state can be restored.
The chassis is welded with 14 channel steel, with two tires below and tow bar at the front for towing. The front part of the tray is also equipped with a front roller for parking or short distance transfer on the flat ground. The four corners of the chassis are equipped with adjustable legs. When the mixer is working, the legs are firmly supported to improve the stability of the machine. When the car is towed, the front roller shall be turned over and hung, and the outrigger shall be placed at a high position, and the bolt shall be used for positioning, and then the spring shall be installed to prevent vibration and bolt falling off.
