1. This product is mainly composed of cabinet, automatic control system, gas distribution system, alarm system and power distribution system; The cabinet body is composed of a positive pressure chamber and a secondary chamber. The user's distribution system components are installed in the positive pressure chamber, and the automatic control system is installed in the secondary chamber.

Iv. Function description
Px series positive pressure cabinet
1. The product is equipped with ventilation chain. Before the product is put into operation, only after the air change in the inner chamber of the main plate reaches the specified air change time and amount, ensure that flammable and explosive gases are blown inside the main plate, and the secondary plate can be electrified.
2. Only when the air pressure in the inner cavity of the main disk meets the specified air pressure requirements, the power supply automatic switching system in the secondary disk will send power to the main cavity.
3. The working pressure of the inner cavity of the main disk is 100Pa≤P≤1000Pa.
When the air pressure is higher than 1000Pa, the automatic control system will automatically close the air inlet or open the exhaust valve, and automatically adjust the internal air pressure, so as to ensure that the product will not be damaged due to the impact of high pressure.
When the air pressure is lower than 100Pa, the automatic control system will automatically alarm, open the air intake, and automatically adjust the internal air supply. When the air supply is successful, it will automatically return to normal; if it is unsuccessful and the internal air pressure drops to 60Pa, the system can automatically power off if necessary.
4. The sub-panel automatic control system monitors continuously and displays the pressure parameters of the inner cavity of the main panel.

Pz series, compared with Px series, omits the safety device to check the air change time. It only marks the air change time, which is carried out by the user according to the requirements before the main cavity is electrified.
