Scope of application:

■ it is widely used in dangerous environments such as oil exploitation, oil refining, chemical industry, pharmacy and military industry, as well as dangerous places such as offshore oil platforms and oil tankers.

■ hazardous environment of explosive gas mixture: Zone 1 and zone 2.

■ explosive gas mixture: Ⅱ a, Ⅱ B.

■ temperature group: T1 ~ T6.

■ the starter is fixed and suitable for the above environmental places. It is used for starting, stopping and reversible conversion of three-phase squirrel cage asynchronous motor with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage of 380V, rated working current of 100A and control power of 500kW, and has voltage loss and overload protection.

■ cast aluminum alloy shell with plastic sprayed surface.

■ built in AC contactor, thermal relay, lw5 self reset universal transfer switch, etc.

■ it can control the direct start and stop of AC 50Hz, 380V three-phase asynchronous motor, and has the functions of overload, short circuit, phase loss and voltage loss protection.

◆ use, installation and maintenance:

1. Do not collide with hard objects during lifting, and ensure that parts are not damaged or lost due to transportation

2. Before installation, check whether the basic technical parameters listed on the starter nameplate meet the actual service conditions

3. Cut off the front power supply during installation and maintenance to ensure safety

4. The flameproof surface shall not be damaged during installation and maintenance. The inclination between the installation plane and the vertical plane shall not be greater than 5 °

5. The flameproof surface fastened with bolts must be tightened to ensure the specified flameproof clearance

6. The rubber sealing ring of the lead-in device must be tightened with compression nut to ensure good sealing

7. The internal and external grounding terminals on the shell must be well grounded

8. The flameproof surface shall be maintained regularly without damage. After cleaning, apply 204-1 antirust grease to prevent rust, and the sealing ring shall be replaced regularly to prevent aging
