1、 Product overview

1.1 cj15 AC contactor is mainly used for power frequency coreless induction furnace control equipment and other power lines, as long-distance connection and disconnection of power lines, and as frequent start, stop, reverse and reverse connection of AC motor. Rated voltage of contactor: 500V, 1000V; The rated current is 1000A

1.2 important use and scope of application:

The coil is suitable for the circuit with AC 50Hz and voltage of 220V.

1.3 service environmental conditions

A. The altitude shall not exceed 2000m

B. The upper limit of ambient air temperature shall not exceed + 40 ℃

C. The lower limit of ambient air temperature is - 5 ℃

D. The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not be greater than 90%

2、 Structure

2.1 the suction coil is wound type with protection grade of IP00;

2.2 the suction coil is mainly wound by coil framework, enamelled wire and insulating paper.

2.3 when the coil is energized, make the iron core pull in. When the power supply is cut off, the iron core releases. Achieve the effect of control circuit.

3、 Technical characteristics

3.1 the pull in coil shall work reliably at a voltage not lower than 85% of the rated voltage and not higher than 110% of the rated voltage.
