It is made up of rammer, rammer frame, eccentric block, pulley and motor by using the principle of rotating inertia force. The motor and transmission part are installed on the skid, and the rear end of the tamping frame is connected with the transmission shaft. Under the centrifugal force of the eccentric block, the tamping frame can swing up and down around the shaft. The front end of the tamping frame is equipped with a tamping hammer. When the tamping frame swings downward, the soil will be tamped for a long time, and when it swings upward, the sled will move forward. Operating procedures for frog rammer
[1] Frog rammer is only suitable for ramming lime soil, plain soil foundation and site leveling. It can not be used for ramming hard or uneven ground, and it is not allowed to ramme miscellaneous soil mixed with gravel and brick.
[2] Before operation, the working face shall be cleared and the obstacles shall be removed. When transporting frogs and ramming them into the trench for operation, the lifting equipment shall be used, and the springboard shall be selected when going up and down the trench.
[3] No matter before or during the work, if it is necessary to carry the frog rammer, the power must be cut off, and it is not allowed to carry it with electricity, so as to prevent the frog rammer from misoperation.
[4] Frog rammer belongs to hand-held mobile electric tools. It must be wired according to the temporary electricity specification. A leakage protector shall be installed at the first end of the power supply, and the shell of frog rammer shall be protected and grounded.
[5] Operators shall wear insulation. The motor shell must be equipped with two protective neutral devices.
[6] There must be two frog rammers, one to hold the rammer and the other to lift the wire, and the lifter must also wear insulating articles, and the two should cooperate closely to prevent accidents caused by over tightening of the stay wire and ramming on the line.
[7] The connection between the electric switch of frog rammer and the incoming line shall be checked at any time to avoid loosening or insulation failure due to vibration, wear and other reasons at the incoming line.
[8] When ramming indoor soil, the rammer head shall avoid the wall foundation to prevent the wire from being broken due to the large difference between the hardness and the softness of the rammer head.
[9] When two or more frog rammers are operated at the same time, the left and right spacing shall not be less than 5m, and the front and back spacing shall not be less than 10m. The rubber cables between each other shall not be twisted and crossed, and shall be far away from the rammer head.
