							CCG5.0 Diesel Mining Locomotive is a kind of track type small locomotive powered by diesel engine, which is suitable for the limited electrical power mining area with rail transportation. It’s very flexibility, low cost and convenient maintenance. The braking device of the locomotive adopts the belt braking device patented by our company, which is fast and efficient in braking, safe and reliable.
						

							=Main Structure=
						
							The mining locomotive structure is mainly divided into the following parts:

1. Diesel Engine

				ZS1115 direct injection diesel engine is the power engine, which is installed at the front of the locomotive. In addition, the diesel engine also drives the DC generator, providing power for lighting, horn signal and protection device.
			

2. Locomotive

								The locomotive is made of welded steel plates. The front part of the cab is the instrument and controller, and the instrument  panel is equipped with diesel engine ubricating oil pressure gauge and water temperature gauge. The cab is equipped with seats, and toolbox is under the seat.
							

3. Clutch

							The clutch structure of the locomotive belongs to the double plate dry friction type, the outer part is the pulley groove, theinner part is the friction plate. There are one active friction plate and two driven friction plates. For the bearing inside theclutch, the front end is a set of 6204 bearing, the rear end is a set of 6206 bearing, and the model of release bearing is 688908.
						

4.Gearbox

							The gearbox of the locomotive is of four - axle type, with three speeds for front and rear. The handle on the shift lever of the gearbox can move up and down. When it is lifted, the positioning lever is pulled out of the positioning hole, and the shift lever can push the fork to change direction. When the reversing lever is pushed in right place, the handle will be automatically reset by the spring. If the top of the handle is flat, it means that the reversing gear has been engaged. If the top is uneven, it means that it has not been engaged. It should be pulled out again.
						

5. Brake device

								The locomotive brake device uses the bar linkage mechanism to make the brake band compress the brake wheel to produce friction resistance, so as to achieve the brake purpose. The two axles of the locomotive are equipped with brake wheels, and the brake belt is fixed on the frame and connected with the lever mechanism. When the brake handle is pulled, the lever mechanism drives the brake belt to press the brake wheel to produce friction force and stop the locomotive.
							

6. Cooling and Purification Device

							In order to reduce the harmful components in the exhaust gas of diesel engine, the locomotive is equipped with a cooling and purification water tank. The exhaust gas discharged from the diesel engine and purified by the water purification tank. Finally, the exhaust gas is discharged from the exhaust port.
						
							Exhaust gas is discharged on the left and waste water is discharged on the right.

7. Circuit system

							The circuit is equipped with DC generator, headlight, protection device, etc. to solve the corresponding problems of power supply and control.
